Hi all,
I'm looking for a minimum 500w brushless hub/rim motor (ie: tire direct-mounts to it) with the widest possible rim. Minimum 3.5" wide but 4" would be better. I'm looking to "fat tire" it.

It needs to have an integrated drum brake.

Search function didn't turn anything up, any recommendations?

Thanks
Jonathan

Have you found a rim and hub combination that you want? I laced my Crystalyte motor into a 26” rim that I ordered off of Amazon. After the learning curve it was not as difficult as I thought it would be. This video at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=V31UHgrV8Zc was quite helpful. Look at the spoke calculator at ebikes.ca.
