Just waiting for the waterjet shop for the hubcaps. Once I get them, all that needs to be done is bolt them on. I want to be sure about the parts before I ship them out. See my thread. :)
 
nice! hub motors with fyre trucks (designed by Chris Chaput of ABEC11)
fyre truck is an interesting design, hanger is supported by two pivot points with no load on the boardside bushing.

Wait, it runs on 6S and it reachs this speed? F*ck me! What kind of dragsters are you crazy DIYers running on 12S with Pedi/LEVer's hubs? Guys that's awesome :mrgreen:
 
Who's going to ride such a powerful thing other than Mischo though? I think it's illegal to sell a complete board with so much power in California and probably every other state but they talk as if they're going to be selling it to Joe Shmoe.
Great video. Any publicity even you're wheels flying off is good publicity. Maybe the centrifugal force at the attained speed coupled with the wind resistance on the front... the only explaination I can imagine for both the front wheels flying off like that. they practically ejected sideways.

What about 4wd with a satellite config? 4x Tacon 160s (245kv) on 10s with a 1:1 (or slight reduction) gearing (should be enough torque to start with 4 motors) could reach 100+mph :twisted:
