UniverSal Truck Mount difficulty?

Heya,

I just received Bruno's production of the ADS UST motormount, but i'm having a hard time figuring out how its supposed to fit ..

as you can see, the curve of the left part (half of the truck clamp) doesn't fit the curve of the clamp ring (bit thats on the truck itself)

i searched around on both aliendrive and alienpower websites, but couldnt find any reference of this being the case, nor any fitting guide to tell me to 'just add force'

I've emailed them both to ask how this is supposed to work, but realized someone on this forum might know

Alright, bruno mailed me back.

He says the CNC-ing has a mistake, the truck clamp is 28mm on one side and 30mm on the other. Which won't fit.

New parts will have to be made, 3 weeks delay on taking my board out ;(
Asking permission to mod what i have now ..

Guess just an FYI , -do not- order the UniverSal Truck Mount from Bruno now, as it does not work as-is

and BOOM , ~3 hours of messing with a pillar drill, a reamer and a rotary table, and it fits! w00t
