Great.
I really like you printed Parts, looks nice.
Lots of possibilities for design, like it.

What's your thoughts on chains versus belts for a mountain board?

I have been designing and printing parts for mine, and probably could shorten my mount up with chain drive. Using sdp-si.com belt designing tool, I calculated about a 6" center to center, which makes a long mount. If I shorten it, I don't have enough teeth engaged.

Otherwise your setup looks great!

In my experience a 1/4" or 6mm chain works really well..
As long as it's aligned well it's quiet and can be run fairly loose with a great positive feel.
1/4" is the same as used in mini moto so sprockets can be bought very cheaply on eBay.
All my escoots run chains now.
