Anti Spark Switches and Regen?

Hey guys,
I was wondering if the anti-spark switches like alien power systems sell can utilize regen features of the vesc. Aren't mosfets one directional?

They are one directional, but they conduct always in reverse direction so they can handle regen.
pls correct me if i'm wrong

A switched FET is like a piece of wire. Current can flow in both directions.

Ok cool, just making sure. I wasn't sure if these switches used fets or not as I have not ripped on open.
