what esc for scooter

hi i am making my daughter a new scooter. i have a sk3 6374 motor and have not far off got the frame finished but what esc would be the best to use. and how many cell battery. i have been looking at the 150a-200a but which one will work ?

i have bought a castle creations esc so i am sorted now. but will keep an eye on your build thanks.
