Doesn't look that great or different to me. Everything looks pretty amateur IMO.

The ability to turn off the 2nd motor isn't a gain - you're still paying for the 2nd motors belt drag and cogging efficiency loss when you're running on a single motor.

It would have been more innovative to have a one-way bearing on the 2nd motor :D
