I recently purchased a hummie hub motor and am considering purchasing a VESC as well (my friend owns several VESCs and i am somewhat familiar with the software and setup proceedures, and have logged some data about his rides as well).
I've read some mixed messages on some of the different electric skateboard forums about one aspect of the VESC in particular: choosing Batt/Motor/Absolute amp limit settings in the PC-Side user configuration software during setup.
I was wondering if there are any official or unofficial guides or recommendations out there anyone could share for choosing those Batt/Motor/Absolute Amp Limit settings?
My hope is to find or create a comprehensive guide on choosing these software parameters.
