150cc turnighy outboard

How would one go about making a fast outboard motor with the 150cc turnighy motor?

I'd start by retrofitting a big trolling motor and seeing how well that works. If possible, keep all the electrical components above water.

Do you think a turnigy c8085-170 or 80100 would be better for a small boat?

Lower kv and higher torque....unless you're using a surface-piercing prop on a hydro setup
