I ordered 250 watt geared motor from leafbike.com http://leafbike.com/products/e-bike-hub-motor/geared-motor-20-24-26-700c-28-inch/24v-250w-front-brushless-hub-motor-929.html
but no item received

they wrote me
We checked your parcel.It was refund to our local post office from Russia.
Now this parcel is still in post office.
We didn't get it.Post office need us to pay twice shipping cost for ship to Russia and refund back.
We had paid the shipping cost for ship to Russia when we were shipping.
Now if we want to get this motor back,they will charge us the shipping cost for refund back from Russia.
Post office replied us that reason is from receiver.It doesn't matter with post office.

leafbike.com stopping solving this problem 6 days ago and ignoring my emails.
 
How did you pay them? Credit card or PayPal?
 
One of the reason to use Paypal and to file a claim if the product is not received in 30 days. Paypal is the only sure protection when buying online.

Easier said than done, obviously. I bought a discharger from Alibaba and paid for it with my credit card (Alibaba doesn't accept Paypal). It failed within a month and the seller ignored my emails. Lesson learned.

As for tracking, I shipped several items using USPS to other countries. Trackings stopped as soon as the packages left Chicago (last stop in the US). There is no way to know if the packages ever arrive unless the recipients notify me personally. Very very frustrating.

Ironically, items shipped from China/Hongkong via EPackets (USPS/Ebay join venture) tracks perfectly from source to destination. Go figure.
 
I used paypal, but forgot check tracking before 45 days :(
 
Yes Paypal is the way to go. you can get everything back if you didn't receive.

Better post that sellers name here in endless sphere and make sure people don't go for a seller who does not his end of the bargain.
you know like payment info through paypal.
