First timer needs HELP!

Hi I am the wet behind the ears newbie and am looking at my first build.. I have MS for the last 10 years and can't rotate the pedals properly on my 28"Hybrid. Throttle power is king where I am concerned and need to find a decent blend of power as well as a reasonable range on throttle only.i am based in Ireland and don't have bottomless pockets but would appreciate advice on buying a conversion kit or matched components from different suppliers...Thanks in advance Rusty
