Volton Boulavard - Dangerous Acceleration

FACT

I purchased a Volton Boulevard that experienced random accelerations from a complete stop, and uncontrollable accelerations while riding. These are the kinds of accelerations that could easily cause acceleration into traffic or other hazards. Thankfully there was no injury.

Given the serious nature of this concern, I am posting this here because I think this needs to be a matter of record.

did you check the throttle to see if the magnet inside is loose or if it has water inside the throttle?

does the ebrake stop it when you have unintended acceleration or is the ebrake cutoff defeated?
