Better than the average ready to ride based on just how it looks. Nice step through frame, some extra reinforcement at either end of the frame tube should help with lateral stiffness. Some step through frames just suck. Battery placement ideal, and it results in a longer wheel base, which I always like better for street. Lastly a welded on rear rack, so no floppy rack throwing it's weight back and forth.

Motor likely to underwhelm me, but a very nice frame!

Lots of other nice details too, center stand, comfy handlebars, disc brakes, etc.
