LANplus Australia batteries

Has anyone purchased ebike batteries from an Australian company LANplus?
Good or bad?

They don't look anything stunning but look reasonably priced for battery replacements on ebikes with failed packs.
I am getting asked more and more to fix these things and need a reliable supplier in Oz.

I bought some cells but I haven't used them yet. I've seen reports of them selling counterfeit cells. I wish I didn't now.
