Just a quick thought; In long desert races some drivers wear a cooling vest that uses a small pump to send cooled water through tubes sewn into a vest. They are expensive but could be home made. One of the links sells the tubing.

Wow lots of flexibility there!
Apparently can order 72V input and output 240V 50hz
EV packs for multiple uses, off grid living, get away from inefficient USA appliances.
A more stable imports source would be ideal, not sure if SPIPOWER is the canonical branding

If you can convince three st bernards to wear what would have to be "whole-body-and-head socks" to keep their heads and bodies cool enough...wihtout eating any of the supply tubing or accidentally ripping it out while watching the world around them go by....
