Where Can I buy a 48v 15AH fuel cell?

This technology has been around for years. Where can I buy one? The Design looks pretty low cost as far as materials are concerned. If they are super expensive.. Why? Isnt this the holy grail of electric vehicles? A little tube of hydrogen that can take your ebike 100+miles? Where do I buy it?

EDIT: Just found out they use Platinum.... AHHH. I have heard of alternatives.

Fuel cells became obsolete in 1960's, when the RTG was invented to charge our high density NCR18650GA ebike cells with, some 60 years later:

Joke aside, Direct Ethanol Fuel Cell (DEFC) would be a perfect add on to my ebike as E100 and E85 are easy to get. Vaporware, it seems as I cant find them on aliexpress... DMFC is my second choice, as Methanol is less energy dense and toxic. DDFC (Direct Diesel fuel cell) is interesting too.
