Drone video of Teslas 18MWh solar farm +

Interesting.

Looks like some of it is real, and some of it was animation.

Anyways, I am looking into large solar farms now. I am interested in understanding the variables, the costs involved,
and the return on investment. I would love to create a solar park, producing clean energy, long term.

Any more links to some good information about this topic?

Thanks, Josh K.

Solar farms is a big topic.
Wiki is a useful source to start for info..such as this example..
https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Topaz_Solar_Farm
But there is also an active thread, debating some of the more detailed issues , running on this forum..
https://endless-sphere.com/forums/viewtopic.php?f=7&t=89002

To give you a head start , make sure you understand the meaning of terms like
.. "Nameplate capacity", The MW figure used to describe a solar installation..usually its Maximim instantaneous rating.
..."Capacity Factor " (CF).. A % figure that compares the actual output (kWh) to the potential maximum over a year.
.......(typically 15-25 % for solar)
Also be aware that costs can be very variable depending on various local and federal incentives, grants, land values, etc etc.
