My experience with Yalu has been infuriating. Shortly after buying their 48v 750W mid drive I heard a crunch as I started out, motor jammed then released. When I got home I took it apart and found the pinion gear had crumbled and the compartment filled with powdered rust.Naturally, I assumed this would be covered under their warranty So I wrote in, described the problem and was told "I don't know what you mean, take to shop they help you"
I gave up on emailing and went to their ali store to talk with a rep,
and finally, after almost a year since our last communication
Ignored completely.
