I ordered 3 parts: cassette, derailleur, & shifter. After a few months wait & little communication, they finally shipped the cassette, but not the other parts. They charged the credit card for the cassette and the full shipping cost that was quoted for the whole order. The other parts never shipped (ordered 9 months ago).
These parts obviously go together. The cassette has a quite large sprocket which needs an exceptionally long derailleur. So I'm stuck with a cassette I may not be able to use. Communication is terrible with this company. The person handling online orders works from home (pandemic measure) and can't be called. I called the shop many times leaving msgs but replies don't come.
I suspect the parts aren't getting out of China during the virus, but this is no excuse for the online shop to lie about stock availability and ignore calls.
