i have apt controller 72420 then before i can program it using ev drivemanager software program. then after a few weeks i cannot already connect it to the software. can someone help me what to do so that i can connect again to the program. someone can help me please...

Have you finished installing COM PORT? To modify the parameters, the controller must be powered on and connected to the computer.
