Throttle kills the mosfets!

Hi. What could be the reason that the mosfets on one phase gets shorted after I engage the throttle?
Inexpensive chinese controlller so no big deal but It would be nice to have a bike until I get a better controller...

If that's being used on this:

then I expect you still have wiring damage that's shorting out the FETs and blowing them up.

If you've replaced the FETs, but not the gate drivers, then those could still cause the controller not to work.
