I looked up "X5 Plus" and came up with a automobile USB car charger.
You need to provide more information regards you system.

Vendor or URL where you acquired the system
Display (if any): barnd , model number
Controller: Brand and model number
Motor: Type (geared, direct drive, hub mid drive, other), brand and model number
Battery: Vendor, Model, Nominal Voltage, Amp Hours, Brand, Type, Chemistry

URLs (web links) and Pictures are worth a thousand words.

Number one problem with all Chinese E-Bikes is translation of the documentation from Chinglish to English..
