I have Papa Motor Hub motor that came with a Chinese Pot Metal steel Rim. It just not suited for how heavy the bike and the rider age. I've replaced it twice. It's bear now with out the Rim.

I would like someone to help me build/Lace the hub Motor into a Moped Rim, so the rim can stop breaking and I can get back to putting together my e-bike and riding again.

Having a Mid-Drive Hub Motor is also an option.

Can anyone sell me this service or advice an ebike shop or motor bike/moped repair shop that can do this service for me? I've looked up Lacing before many times, just haven't wrapped my head around how to put it all together. Can some help by either selling me a service, pointing me to a shop in Perth Western Australia that can do this service or advertising me on the parts I would need to do this myself?

Greatly appreciate it!

Email me if you can help me out.

Thanks again!

I was going to post something awhile back and decided not to but I will post it anyways since no one has posted yet.
Have you phoned around to any or all of the ebike shops in Perth AUS?
There might be one place that does lacing and cuts/reams spokes.
Where I am is 1.2-1.3M people and theres one store that does custom spokes and they also lace, but I am sure normal bike stores would lace a rim as more bike stores now sell ebikes its just that those stores would probably only want your hub motor not your entire bike with battery. The biggest problem is the moped rim which will need washers on the nipples, unless you can find a place that sells bigger sized nipples that can be used on bicycle spokes, John Holmes used to sell them but no more

That might pose a problem for the normal bike shops not used to working with moped rims
So just phone every ebike store in Perth
Then phone every normal bike store in Perth
See who laces, who cuts/reams spokes to length
Find the spokes you want
Find the nipples to fit your spokes
For some reason when I ordered from Grintech in Vancouver, BC, Canada, I thought maybe their spokes might have had a larger head on the nipples, when I laced up my own 19x1.40 motocycle rim.

You can lace your own, will take you 2-3hrs to lace following a good youtube video tutorial but only after 2hrs of watching youtube to get a feel for it.
