Help with new design for fat ebike

Hi all,
I got this idea of building my own ebike but I have no idea how to start so I'm hoping the community here can give me a helping hand, knowledge, tips or at least links to other places where I can find experts on bicycle designs.
My goal is to create and build a new design for a fat tire electric bicycle. I also would like to know where I can manufacture the frame or if it could be 3D-printed.

Welcome to the forum. The best place to start is to read the sticky threads at the top of the forums (lightbulb icons), and perhaps start in the General Discussion forum rather than this subforum, which has a much narrower scope.
