dont have a clue how this will turn out.
i have made carbon things before but not like this.
this will have 20" wheels, rear hub motor in carbon rims.
not after a 100mph bike just something thats got long range and max or about 20mph.
still printing the parts so will update as i put it together.
frame is printed hollow and 1,5mm thick walls or 2mm when needed.

the frame will have 3mm alloy inserts in the dropouts then wraped with the carbon.

quick print of the front forks to test fit and size. now i can print the ones to be used.

Following - I saw a youtube video of someone doing something similar a few years ago, I've thought about trying it ever since

changed the frame design to make putting thr carbon on a lot easyer. got to glue the stem insert in.
this was only 2 layers of carbon and a quick sand so still have a few more to do.
i cut the back of the frame so i can solt the battery pack and controller in the frame tube.
