Sorry to hear that.

Hydraulic front and rear brakes...
Didn't see the rear caliper. How are you going to mount it?

Frame has ample room in the triangle to make an even long-er ranger. :thumb:

I have a second backup battery for longer trips, and as for the rear caliper I am fabricating a bracket.

Check this speed record pedal bicycle for cheating slip stream riding behing a car, looks to be 8 or 10awg spokes.
Keeps the crank a decent size instead of having one large crank, got the extra gears/jackshaft in between the crank and wheel.

That's to fit the porky motorcycle rims. Not of any other practical advantage.

Not really going for top speed but with a 35amp controller and 52v I think it will approach 40mph. The front sprocket I chose will put me at a peddle cadence of 60 rpm at 20 mph, just have to get the ergos somewhere between comfortable and aerodynamic. 58t.

What is the KT controller's rating and what speed are you getting with it?

It is a sine wave 17amp continuous 35amp peak which puts it in the 900 to 1800 watt range, just got in the last parts today so hopefully will test ride it this weekend if the weather cooperates.

Current top speed is 0mph, it is sitting on a table. This is a peddle bike conversion and I could get about 18mph on the flat and 30 mph on a good downhill when it was a peddle only bike.
