Hello guys,

For those, not understand. The "female" is atached to the box, with epoxy and screws, then the side panels, atached to the "female" with screws.

Some material arrive. One chain, I bought from e-bay...take 75days to arrive. From the U.S.A. to Europe. Can you belive ? Now, I have 2...diferent color.

Hi guys,

Finnaly, I finnish the atach points, for the side panels. It was a lot of work, and very precise.
I already have the side panels cut 80%. Its fine tunning.
I can see the finish line....far way...but I can see... :wink:

Hi guys,

Its time to finish the side plates. Its going to be 1.5mm alluminium. They are cut to 80%. Today I find the location off the srews...I use acrylic , and then transfer the location off the screws to the alluminium.
After they are atached I tune to 100%.
In the first picture, it already have the acrylic atached. Its hard to see.

Amazing job! very inspiring.

Two quick questions for you soaresdacosta:

1. What is the size of the battery box? (to get an idea of what can come into the frame)

2. Does the Berg Viper comes in different sizes? I could only find tamanho M (is it a L?)

That box is big enough to hold a LOT of battery.... How many volts/aH? Looking great!

Hi guys,

Wolfeman, the battery box, looks big, but its not. The frame is a S. Small. It will be 100volts 10amps off lipo. 24s 1p. In the future, I will use 18650.
skeetab5780, its 2cm more wide, than necessary...but thats the material I could find was 15cm wide, and I need 13cm. Thats ok, 2cm for foam.

Wolfeman, yes. Its going to be a fast bike. I will have a 3 position switch. Low, fast and ultra-fast. :twisted:

In the mean time, Im fine tuning the side covers.
