Hi thats a great looking build you got there ,looks like a vector .
I had simlar problem with a charger over volting a few years back, found it to be the one on its own ,it would vary the voltage up and down ,the other two i found one seemed to change amps and the other seemed to be ,well what i can only explain as being a differential voltage weres the charger would keep cutting back in to top up ?but this could be wrong it was simply exploritory and i had found all i needed.

Hi velloman,
i am thanks for the intrest i am using a mig/mag welder form Lorch type: M
very nice machine also for noobs
and Dustyyearlobe,
i have just guess witch one it was and counted the turns and afer 5 minutes the charger was set corectly
greetings louis
Ps: the bike is at the bike shop for the last bit, a rear break line. and i also programmed the bike higher so it will be a beast.
i have set the controller at 60 battery amps and 85 phase amps.

Hi es,
After some fun days i manged to destroy the v1 mxus...
The gravel pads where so much fun! but after a longgg gravel burnout (braking with the front brake and slowly let i roll and the rear wheel is spinning like a miniak
)
I heard a shuttering sound from my rear wheel..
I opend the motor and it was not black but one wire on the windings is burned.. the controller still works.
So i just give it a try and make the broken winding wire and all the windings measured 0.4 ohm but i looks like it that one phase has less "turns" becouse it shorted there..
So i orderd new v2 mxus stator so within 3 weeks i will be riding again.
Ps: i get so many reply's from people on the steets is GREAT! (still no cops yet

Hi es,
I got a problem again... I get +-4v on my signal wire for my pas.
So i opend the controller and my old controller (same one) where the pas worked on. But they are diffrent e318 controllers. But here are some pics and i hope some one can help me out.
( i guess i need to put the green wire (signal wire from the pas sensor)
together with the green throttle wire on the new board. But can some confirm this?)
Thanks louis

5+v from the green signal wire where the pas signal wire need to go to...(this i wrong i guess) and 4+v from the + on the red wire from the controller to the pas sensor. i already broke 2 pas sensor i guess this is the problem.. on my old e318 contoller (lyen) the green signal wire from the pas was attached to the green wire from the throttle.
but can some one confirm this is oke to do?
now the signal green wire from the controller is attached to the contacts TBAB on the board.
or does some one have the schedual from the lyen board?
pleas help my out es
