Hi, I'm Guido from Italy.
I want to show you my prototype based on Cannondale Trigger 27,5 Carbon 1.
This E-Trigger was born at the beginning of the year. At that time there was no Double suspension E-Bike Cannondale!
Now there's but......i don't like MOTERRA!
My prototype is 19,4Kg with 680W battery and BBs02 750W Bafang.
All the dynamic characteristics of the bike are unchanged.....of course plus 8kg!
The gearbox unit (chain, sprocket etc.) has remained the same: 28 x 10-42, so I have the original bike! In this conditions I can do 2600 meters of altitude difference and six-sever hours in the saddle.
It was not an easy task....but now there is..
I hope you enjoy my work!
Guido

Welcome to the forum, and mucho respecto for a nice, clean build. Jaw dropping it is. It looks factory build. And that is a compliment.
Did you do the carbon fiber frame work yourself? Seems you cut the bottom part of the down tube of the triangle and replaced it with custom fabricated part.
Was is hard to get a strong bond in overlap? Did I understand you correct that you did the rear swing arm and added rear suspension yourself as well? What rear shock is that? Never seen a Fox like that before. A push pull maybe?

Unbelievable clean, light weight and nice. A true one off.

hi, thanks for your compliments!
I have modified the original Cannondale Trigger frame (you can see the first and the second pictures).
The second picture shows the change: part of the down curve (near bottom bracket) was removed, reinforcing (with carbon fiber) the remaining part. Then was added the descending part (with carbon fiber). At the end all the changes was wrapped with carbon fiber.
It must be said, however, that all work with carbon fiber were carried out by a specialist company!!
My best
Guido
