I'm going from this:

The area between the beams will be all filled in like some moto swingers. Contact points will be floxed Al. Any questions?

What is "floxed Al"; searches for that term all bring up stuff about some neuro-degenerative disorder.

I assume it to be annodised Al.

1) x5305 Hub Motor in a 24" Sun rim with 10G spokes, Kelly 72601 controller, 74V 10Ah Turnigy LiPo 20C Battery and CycleAnalyst
2) Mac 10T rear hub in a 700C "comfort bike" 15S 5Ah LiPo, stock 28A Xie Cheng controller
3) 38" Longboard, Turnigy 6374, CC Mamba XL2 ESC

Possible, but I've never heard it termed that.

And whilst anodizing might prevent galvanic corrosion and has a pretty good bond with the Al, it is a notoriously difficult surface to get a good bond to.

When Lotus were researching the gluing&pining together of the Aluminium substructure for the Elise, they had to use a 180C heat-set epoxy and thoroughly clean the bond faces.
