Started with a 2nd hand full suspention mtb frame (Rock rider from Decatlon) ,1.jpg but soon i realise that frame is'nt enough for this kind of power. to i decided try to build a frame and search for the style i like. Stealth bomber seems the answer. space enough for all wiring or for 2 batteries, (i tought then )

So for the frame and swing arm i use 2.5mm steel sheet, and welded with TIG,

the dropouts are solid 8mm. the swing arm is 8cm longer as normal to prevent wheelie. :? the only thing left i to replace the rim, i use some Fat-bike tires with Maxxis holy Rider tires. i know this is ridiculous and most of all dangerous  i'll replace with 21" moped rims and Metzler Enduro1 tires, maybe later upgrade the rear wheel to 17"...
Paint job is'nt perfect, but it aint a no OTS bike, not off the shelf at all.
Electronic part looks like QS205 50H v3, controller is a Kelly KLS7230S, batterie 20S-8P VTC6 (thanks Micah book) Smart BMS 300A (from Ali)
After this build i'm quite satisfied, and thank the people from ES who gave me advice.

Still did'nt check the speed of this bike, i'm scared as hell with these "fat bike" tires and rims, two times flat, dus'nt trust this toy tires.
I'm upgrading now with moped rims and metzeler enduro tires, rear wheel is done, but the front wheel is another case. 20mm hub has two different flanges make it complicated to calculate the spoke size.

Awesome build, Please add more photos and details about what you used metal wise to build the frame. I have been wanting to do this exact same thing since I started riding ebikes.

I just bought a nice MIG for some other projects I am working on but this is probably way above my level. Very good work.

You need a chain tensioner to get rid of that chain sag. You will need to fabricate a threaded hole on the back dropout near the main shaft but you should be able to do that in your sleep.
