I am sorry to say, but I had my knee operated on last week. So probably will not be riding for 6 weeks. I had torn the meniscus in two places, so the doctor suggested surgery. It was same day surgery. Nothing big.. The operation took about 40 minutes. So I will be riding this blue roller around for about 3 weeks.

Well, meanwhile I will be working on the scooter to get it fixed up the way I want it. Got a spoke noise maker to make my scooter sound like a motorcycle.. It cost $10 on eBay. I bought a vintage headlight to put on it. Chrome. I want to by some string led lights to connect to the frame so when dark, the scooter stands out. I also want to place some spoke reflectors on them to make stand out in the dark when light shines on it. I will share what it looks like completed.

Now my 250cc scooter is a lot quicker than this toy. It is actually a motorcycle .. Does 65 to 70 mph.. I bought a piece of wood with paint at Walmart. Think of putting a Slow Poke fake license plate on the rear. It sure is not speedy. Some, I would imagine are. Go between 35 to 40 mph. But they have a 1500 watt motor and lithium batteries. This one is just for a fun toy to play with. Though looking at some electric scooters/ mopeds.... They have some for $2000 that will do 50 mph and get 40 to 60 miles per charg.. That is not a bad price for a new scooter. Imagine would have to be registered as a motorcycle.. That also is if the US does not make the manufacturer place speed control! Items on it.
