poor mans e-bike

Hi, I have been lurking around on here for 9 years and have finally got one of my projects up and running! its rather "old school" compared to the latest technology but works fine.

its a 24v 250w running on 36v it does 19mph on the flat and 25mph with pedal assist. still needs tidying up but I'm getting there.
