Where is that vid...?

A couple weeks ago I watched the first 5 minutes of an interesting video describing (among other things) the issues to be resolved to get to a better e-bike. I think it was an Australian who did the presentation. That is about all I remember and I can't find it anymore on the forum. Can anyone pls point me in the right direction?
