The question is how fast will it go at 263Wh/mile. From metrompg.com, someone tested a Firefly as needing 5.4hp to maintain 70km/h, or 4028W. 43.5mph x 263 = 11440W = 15.3hp. I think it's safe to say that 15.3hp should push a car with better aerodynamics much faster than 70km/h.
