Looking for something? Need a special part, but can't find it online anywhere? Post what you need, maybe others will have it to sell.

Quick sanity check
https://m.alibaba.com/product/160005440 ... y-NCM.html

This shows 82ah NMC(NCM) cell at $25.17 a piece.
Delivery is expensive but am I missing something else here?
How could others be selling 20ah pouch NMC(NCM) cells that this cells if legit outperform by a wide margin.

I am looking to replace a 2x20ah battery packs with 1x82ah pack of these and they probably weight about the same

Is this too good to be true?
Supplier listed as : "Dongguan Huanhuan EnergyTechnology"
Has anyone ordered or knows the supplier?

That's in the range of 300 Wh/kg, which would place it in the crème de la crème of high energy density cells, like back-slapping, champagne-popping laboratory results rather than proven real world performance.

Is such a thing likely to be sold cheaply on Alibaba to a nameless individual buyer? I guess that's a speculative question you'll have to decide for yourself.
This is to express my gratitude to Justin of Grin Technologies for his extraordinary measures to save this forum for the benefit of all.

If you have to ask yourself that question, you probably already know the answer. ;)

Even if the numbers given for them are real, the price point suggests they are scrapped cells for one reason or another (reasons which you will never know, but might find out the consequences of the hard way).

OK, I shouldn't expect much but I went for it and ordered 14 to test.

Will report back for others who may also be interested.

Thanks for the input so far
