I'm in the process of building a mid drive off road bike using a single stage HTD belt.
To get the required reduction I need a 14 tooth drive pulley.
I can't find a 14 tooth 8M HTD pulley to buy so I have been trying to draw the profile on DeltaCad so I can get one laser cut.
However I have discovered this is beyond my skill level, I can't get the tooth profile right.
Is there anyone who is willing and able to draw a simple 2D side view drawing of this type of pulley with 14 teeth?
I'm only requesting this if someone could knock it out quickly and not waste too much of their time on it.
A DXF would be awesome.
Cheers,
Matt.P.

Re: 8m HTD pulley Drawing help
As a sweetener, I have some laser cut torque plates that I can send to whoever helps me out.
They are cut from 6mm steel and there is two sizes, 12mm and 14mm axle with 10mm flats.
Happy to send either or, or both sizes, whatever you wish. How about two of each size?
Cheers.
