I don't have one that i can lend you, but i can do one better, tell you how to make one;

You need a USB to UART that is ttl level; like this
http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/381984640484
it coincidentally uses the same IC as the sabvoton cable does.
you also need a USB cable to cut up; like this
Image

connect the black wire of the cable to the pin labled GND
connect the green wire of the cable to the pin labled TXD
connect the white wire of the cable to the pin labled RXD
leave the red wire disconnected

the connector on the board does into the computer, the connector on the cable goes into your controller, tada!

i bet if you order that ebay item you'll have it by the end of next week.

Thanks! In a bone headed move I reset my controller to factory settings, it ran backwards causing the pedals to turn unexpectedly and destroyed the programming cable's USB to ttl board.

The link to Ebay isn't valid anymore but you can get 5 for $8 at Amazon US:

The other benefit of this "new" adapter is the red wire isn't connected, so the controller fully shuts down with the key switch, where before you had to unplug the USB cable.
