The Meanwell HLG-150H-15A should do what you're after. The "A" version means voltage is adjustable down from 15v, and it should do at least 10A.

If you need more than 10A, there's other variations, by wattage:
HLG-180H-15A
HLG-240H-15A
HLG-320H-15A
HLG-600H-15A

This page has a list of them towards the bottom; they also sell them but I have no idea if they're trustworthy/etc:

Don't know if it's accurate, but google shows prices as low as $30 for the 120w and 150w versions, going up to about $45 or so, for the low range of prices.

Thanks,
Need a real charger for this one.
Have a 58v one. Shame to turn it down that far.

Looks like the S-400 is a ps also.
Keep looking I guess!

What's different about the charger vs this HLG series?

The HLG's I use (HLG-600-54A) work on an A123 LiFePO4 16s pack with BMS and EIG NMC 14s pack with no BMS, just as well (AFAICS as the Satiator or the charger that came with the A123 pack).

BTW, I don't know how likely it is that you'd be able to get a 58v charger adjusted down to the 14-15v range--I haven't seen a typical one that's been able to be here on ES, at least, though it's been tried (albeit not down as far as that).

My 50.8v chargers go up to 58 and down to 12v with just the pot.
Still have a couple left, but saving for a 12 or 13s pack.

A charger turns of at end of cycle. (not all, I know)

Amy from OSN is hooking me up with 12v 20a chargers in the $50 range.
Ordered from her before. Very nice chargers. I've been running 4-10a-3.65 chargers from osn 24/7 for a couple weeks. Dumb chargers in that that they only used shunt diode and 30a fuse for pol protection. I test that every so often. :(
