I have the USD-8A fork and I also need these parts. They were included with the fork when I bought it, but I broke one of them and it seems there is no glue that will hold it back together.

I emailed DNM asking where I could buy these parts (dnm@dnmshock.com)

They told me they charge $12 USD per set. For me, they quoted a shipping fee of $40 USD to Canada. I asked if they had a cheaper shipping option. I was told they could ship with standard post service for $25 USD, but they can't guarantee the fender would still be in good shape.

I haven't ordered these replacement fenders yet.

Contact Ting at DNM directly here: dnm@dnmshock.com or +886-4-22706191

Last time it was going to cost $50 + $15 for shipping to get a new pair.

Too expensive for those dumb plastic parts. I've made one myself using Sintra plastic, heat gun and can of black paint.

Awesome job. I want to make these too, the ones DNM makes are flimsy as hell, and they want $80 after shipping for replacements? Hell no.

What mm plastic did you go with from that site? And do you think my Black & Decker 1375W 1000 degree Fahrenheit heat gun do the job?

Thanks!

I did not purchase at that site. I've sourced a ~5mm sheet locally. Sintra board is hard but foamy, other plastics may be used. If more dense use less thickness. Policarbonate, polypropylene. Almost all plastics can be shaped with a 5 dollar cheap gun. Good luck and post pictures if you make it.
