(Sold) Revolt 160SH

Post by Leeleeducati » Wed Sep 13, 2017 2:36 pm

I'm selling my very lightly used Revolt 160SH. You can see the pics in my build... Basically only used to measure and build with minimal 'on' time. 20mm shaft diameter. 39.6kV.

Was told when ordered that the, "motor is about 10-15KW cont. and that a 100-140amp controller (at the battery side) will work good with this motor. You need to find the best hall/phase combination, the no load current should be low and the motor should spin smootly (and to the correct direction) up to max rpm." Never used it near any limits, not really sure what the limits are but there's posts on here with different experiences. Mine paired up nicely with a Kelly controller.

Looking to go in a different direction on the build so looking to free up some cash. Looking to sell in Canada, would be easiest this way without crossing borders. Looking for $250 CAD.

Hi Leeleeducati,

Could you be more specific... the REVOLT motor you are showing on the picture is not a RV-160 Pro but a RV-160-Sh (the short version)
and also this motor comes in 13 diffrents KV choices.... so which one is yours...

Here is the link for the RV-160-Pro... (long version)

And the link for the one you have RV-160-Sh... (short version)

It would be even more interesting if you could post a little more specifications... like the shaft diameter (some are custom made), if it has hall sensors and temperature sensor,
how many Watts or KV.
