We didn't spend more the combined value of all three of our personal vehicles on this pack to just give up! These cells ARE the solution for custom EV and ebike applications. Screw overpriced "C, D, E grade" Chinese rejects. Lipo's are best left for the drag racers who don't mind a new pack every 1-3 years. These cells are designed for 20 years and full DOD, 2000+ cycles. We won't let a little plastic and glue get in the way. Just be a little patient. In the meantime, If anyone is interested in a module, PM me. Modules are 21.6V nominal, 6s74p, ~5.3kWh, 50lbs, VERY solid (can be stacked), water cool-able, two cell-attached temperature sensors, with very low power balancing BMS. I also have the rest of the pack hardware, including main BMS board and wiring but haven't decided what to do with most of it yet.
