Got something to sell? Have extra parts that need a good home? Have something that others would need to complete their kits? Post it up here and see if anyone else is searching for what you are selling.

EU - 48V 20Ah Lifepo4 (unused)

Post by titooon2014 » Oct 20 2016 4:43am

Hello ES Members,

I have a few 48V 20Ah Lifepo4 Battery pack for sale.

They have been bought from Crystalyte Europe early 2013 (1100 euro each), for a project that never went on.

They were never used, except for one charge/discharge cycle this month to ensure they are still new. They were stored at 50% discharge and seemed to have very little self discharge.

So far I have tested 2 Units, that provided me 970 Wh from full charge to BMS cut off, at a discharge rate of 9.5A (450W discharge).
All units shipped will be > 960Wh

So they are still delivering 100% of their capacity.

Will ship to European Union only.

Specifications
:
15s2p Lifepo4 battery pack
Factory Sealed in a blue PVC shrink wrap, CE marked.
BMS with balancing, 45A continuous discharge and 8A continuous charge
Dimensions 105 x 140 x 385 mm
Weight : around 9 kg

BMS can be easily modified to increase the specs, or change the number of cells (down to 2 cells), instructions with pictures can be provided if needed. At the moment, you have 1x 75n75 mosfet for charge and 8 x 75n75 mosfet for discharge. BMS has space for up to 10 mosfets, and replacing them for better models (IRFB3077 for example) is easy.

4A Charger Included with 220V standard plug

Price : 449 Euros including Shipping

Please contact me if you have any questions

Hello Josef,

I have 4 identical packs in 48V yes. Are you in Europe ?

If you have a particular application for them and you have some technical questions, feel free to ask!

Antoine

Hello dafex,

Here are some pictures :

48V battery pack modified for 24V - 7s4p (solar application) - still I did put the remaining 2p on the picture, FYI I normally do not intend to sell this pack since I opened and modified it.
I removed two cells to get 2 times 7s, then modify the balances wires to connect all 4p together.

I have 2 x 48V packs in stock unopened.

Here is the model of the original cells configuration of the 48V pack. If you use the png picture, you will see the + and - of the batteries, in red and black.

Thanks for the Pictures.

It seems the terminals are screw type, right? In that case, it should be easy to rebuild a new pack.

Hello dafex,

No they are not screw type, if you look closely you can see the welded busbars on the picture.

However, it is very easy to remove/solder additional busbars in order to customize the config.

If you have a specific configuration in mind, don't hesitate to send me some drawings !
