EU 50cc vespa electric scooter

hello, i'm located in france, i sell my "e-romance" scooter road legal, its a chinese china style vespa with 2000w 48v40a controller

the scooter have first 4 x 12v lead acid battery but i switch for one 48v20ah panasonic battery with only 50 cycle
the scooter have loss more than 20kg

speed is 50-60km/h and range 30-50km full throttle, but you have x2 more space under seat + more space inside topcase for a 150km range easy

i ask only 1200euro, can lets it go for less if you buy it before 2018
