Grin Tech 2015 Xmas housecleaning parts clearance

Postby justin_le » Thu Dec 17, 2015 5:08 pm

Hey it's that time of year again when need to do a full sweep of our shop and clear out all the various returned / repaired/ refurbished / prototype parts that have been taking up floor space but could be put to good use by enthusiasts. In previous years Adam (Carzy on ES) would manage that but now that John has taken over our logistics it will be his first go of things. So take it away John!

Dear ES Bargain hunters!

We've got a number of items on our garage sale shelf and are going to be selling them at rock bottom prices. They are shipping from our shop in Vancouver, Canada.

These parts are available for any Endless Sphere member, though the parts are also available for walk in customers in our storefront. If something is purchased by a walk-in customer, the item will be deleted from the post. The majority of these items have details listed on the Grin Technologies store site so if you're curious about an item's specifications, that's a good place to look to get an idea. Otherwise we're happy to give extra details via email.

There is no warranty and no returns at these prices, but we can help out with basic troubleshooting. All items listed AS IS conditions.

Please email sales@ebikes.ca with any inquiries regarding products or to claim any products. Once we receive an email from a user the user's place in line for that item will be held for about a week. Once a part is sold, it will be removed from the post. We'll be open and selling all throughout the Christmas season and until everything is sold!

Please Email instead of PM. It's best if messages are sent via email as it helps keep everything together in one place for us - this will also make sure you keep your place in line for any items!

When emailing, please list the Lot number of the motor/part and it's helpful to include the description too. We ship by Canada Post/USPS and FedEx to (just about) anywhere in the world - To get a full shipping quote, include in your email your full mailing address - note that PO boxes are only valid for postal carriers (Canada Post/USPS/any other domestic mail service)

Happy shopping!

John

Are the lots with 40A controllers also Grinfineon, Crystalyte, or just "typical" controllers not listed on ebikes.ca site?

http://www.ebikes.ca/product-info/grinfineon.html

(pondering asking my sibling for something that might better run the SB Cruiser trike motors...or at least the X5304 that runs the right side (not sure it matters for the 9C on the left).

Hi Amberwolf,

Lots 12, 13, and 14 are all grinfineon though only lot 12 is of the most recent batch which includes the proportional regen. All of them work both sensor and sensorless.

Hi Madin88,

Lot 28 is a V2 motor with the fast wind (350rpm) core.

Hi Spare_tire,

They work, you just can't turn the lights off or to blinking mode using the button. You can still power the light on fine.

And the signal wire could still be used to blink it, right?

One of these can be made to blink by connecting the signal wire to ground and the other light starts off a bit dim and then is made brighter using the signal wire short to ground. These lights have both been sold already :(
