That will be a sweet ride for sure. I think you have the lightest purpose build e-bike frame on the market. Have you considered smaller rear rim for more correct gearing for the hubmotor? (well if you are gonna use a hub that is)
What size battery will you be using? And what kind of motor?

You should make a build thread, and if you do be sure to place a link in this thread so we will find you thread.

Enjoy your build and ride.

Thanks. Yes it comes out to just under 80 lbs! Currently using an HPC 78V (87V charged) Li-NMC pack. The motor is a custom HPC 96V/110 I believe. Bit laggy off the line but it gets going pretty well. I was able to hit 40 with ease. HPC is going to build be a custom 104V 23AH pack in the next few weeks. Should take away any lag and hit the 60mph mark (not that I want to ever sustain that speed for a long time on the Revo) and close to 100 miles of range. Using a Crystalyte 18 fet 96V 50A controller with all the goodies (speed switch, regen, Cycle Analyst 2.3). Still have to tidy up some wiring, hook up my DC-DC converter, USB port, lights, etc. Also, the carbon side panels and top panel should be in this week. I may start a thread for it later this week, back to work! Definitely a fun little weekend project.

Are all these images shown with 26" bicycle tires?
Hipowercycles, what tires are shown in your ad pics? Looks to be very tight clearance - at least shown.

Yes 26". HPC said the rear swing arm will fit a 27.5" wheel. To get a 27.5" in the front you need a 27.5" fork.

Hey ookba, I too purchased one of these frames, haven't got it yet, just waiting for the second batch. Are you happy with the way it rides? Ever think of 27.5-ing it? Please post some more pics!

Yea, very happy. Actually surprised how well it rides and how good the suspension works. I went with the RevX parts for optimal performance. Waiting for HPC to build me one of their limited edition 111V battery packs and it will be a BEAST! Using my 78V pack and already have around 300 miles on it and it only feels better now that I'm getting more used to it. I ride it from the valley to Santa Monica weekly through the fire roads and it's a blast. I'll post some more pics and vids later.

With carbon panels finally!

Beautiful bike ookba. Those Magura brakes look nice. Do you like the Schlumpf drive?

Schlumpf is good. Pedal at 40+ is nice. Magura's took a while to bed but they stop well. To be honest, I got my regen set up pretty aggressive so if I time my stops, I'm barely using the brakes, even down hill. :)

Here is a little introduction and discussion about the HPC REVOLUTION. We are very pleased with the reactions and excitement it generates when we go out!

Sold out of frames. Thanks for the interest. If you really do still want a frame, please give us a call, we can go over your intended build and see if it will be a fit for you. Thanks!

So I got my batteries. 111V 19.2AH. Fully charged they're around 126V. Cells are 18650 LiNiMnCoO2, 3C max BMS. I installed a Lyen 4115 since the Crystalyte may not handle the additional voltage and high power. I also bolted on a TC04085/96V HT HPC spec wheel. The bike is intensely fast at 6000W+. I am running 50A and top out around 58MPH with the HT wheel. INSANE! Torque is amazing and if it wasn't for the 3-speed switch, it'd take a lot of getting used to to ride slow. I also cracked the controller open and soldered in some wires for Regen, Cruise and an R12 resistor output mod for higher voltage regen. Looks like I didn't need the R12 mod since this Lyen is already set to start regen at around 120V. Rode around 45 semi hard miles the other day and only used 15AH, 1741WH. Awesome set up. Thanks HPC! Pics below. I'll see if I can put up a ride video later:

Yes, you can email us at hipowercycles@gmail.com for frame inquiries. Will be a bit of a wait, but worth it! :)

Here is a sample of the swingarm before going to heat treat/aging from our Aerospace welder. Pretty spectacular stuff.

That is the lightest frame kit ever for e-bikes. Even lighter then the NYX carbon bike. Get some light weight power dense batteries and you will have a enjoyable DH/freerider you can flick any way you like. Looking forward to see your build. What motor will you be using? Revolt on swing arm maybe? Or Astro maybe? Possible a tangent drive?

Are any more frames likely to be available for sale? has there been any movement to revise the cost of production/price? are there parts which can be sourced locally? (i.e. bearings, fasteners etc) this could bring down both the production and freight costs.

I was intending to purchase a flux frame but given they are behind by a decent two weeks now, I'm looking for alternatives. The weight saving on this would be outstanding.

That's a sweet frame. Is HPC selling the frame separately or is it available as a kit.
