Thats might look nice but its horrible design ergonomics and definitely not safe to ride.

1. Why have 2 panels sticking up in the middle to fcuk your standover height?
2. Each panel represents a sharp edge to cut yourself open in an accident. 2 panels sticking up between your legs and.... noballs....
 
In the close up pics each of the components in quite beautifully designed and machined... Then combined into that.

Looks like a paper sportbike but not nearly as cool as anything to do with paper or sportbikes.

3D printed headtube by the look of it.
