I would definitely go for the fat trike. Yet, at 69 yrs old I still find 2 wheels are best. Maybe when I can't walk anymore, I will consider a third wheel might be a good idea. 
The fat tire tadpole would be a better source for parts to build what I would actually want, so I'd start with that one.

I'd ride the trike. would be awesome to have. Wouldn't get much use, but would be a lot of fun.
If I had the drag bike, I'd stick a turbo charged Hyabusa engine in it, and then go to jail, posthumously.
