For your setup, 120V version would be the best bet. I am using Toshiba mosfets which are the best in this voltage range.
I have seen regen current going up to 30A on my bike and I was running QS205 on a heavy bike at high speed downhill. The point is that controller is only a part of the equation in what your regen current will be but the controller can handle it.
150/350A are within the specs for the controller and 3 speed percentages are configurable via a smartphone.
