Manufacturing error Enduro swing arm

bump, does anyone else have spacers/shims? or do you have the tabs directly against the bearing?

bent it a tiny bit more and had to use force to grind it past the edge, but it sits tight even both with and without the bolt.
So seems to be okay, but I wonder if this bending could damage the welds? Is that something I should worry about?
